Scaling companies

Scale your sales team without the misfires.

Growing past founder-led sales

The hires that change the trajectory.

Most companies reach a point where the founders or a few early reps can’t carry the number alone. The next hires decide whether growth keeps going: reps who can sell without the founder in the room, and a manager who can hire and coach them. We help you get those hires right.

  • Reps who sell without the founder in the room
  • A first sales manager at the right time
  • Hiring plans tied to your revenue targets

  2. Recruit in parallel Run the searches together, so the team starts within weeks of each other.

  4. Guarantee every hire Each placement carries our 45-day, first-year quota and 12-month guarantees.

Questions

Hiring for growth.

Can you fill several sales roles at once?

Yes. We run the searches in parallel and present each shortlist separately, so you can start the team within weeks of each other.

Should we hire a sales manager before more reps?

Usually once you have four to six reps, or sooner if the founders are still managing the team. A manager who can hire and coach makes every later hire more productive.

Do you recruit sales managers and reps together?

Yes. Many clients hire the manager first and then the reps, with the manager involved in choosing their team.

Is every hire guaranteed?

Yes. Every placement comes with the same three guarantees: placed within 45 days, first-year quota achievement, and a one-time replacement within 12 months with no conditions. Read the guarantee.
