Challenges

The problems we hear about most.

And what we do about each one.

Roles stay open for months

We reach salespeople who aren't answering job ads, and guarantee a placement within 45 days.

Reps keep missing quota

Find out whether it's the people or the plan, then hire reps with a verified record.

A bad hire to replace

Every placement includes a one-time replacement within 12 months, at no extra cost.

Your first VP of Sales

Find a leader who has built a team at a company like yours.

An SDR team, fast

Hire in the right order so the team ramps together.

A new market to open

Hire a first rep who already knows the buyers in the region.

Why hiring goes wrong

Job ads find people who are looking.

The salespeople who hit their number every year are rarely applying for jobs, so a job ad mostly reaches people who are between roles or unhappy where they are. Interviews then reward people who interview well. We go straight to proven performers and check their numbers before you meet them.

  • Direct approach to people who aren’t looking
  • Quota records checked before interviews
  • A guarantee if a hire doesn’t work out

Placement within 45 days

Your role is filled within 45 days. Our average is 29.

First-year quota achievement

Your new hire is guaranteed to achieve their first-year annual sales quota.

12-month replacement

If a hire does not work out within 12 months, we replace them once, at no extra cost and with no conditions.

Questions

Common sales hiring questions.

Our last sales hire didn’t work out. How do we avoid repeating it?

Start with what went wrong: the profile, the process or the onboarding. Then check every candidate’s record against the role, not just their interview. Our 12-month replacement covers you if it still doesn’t work out.

We have interviewed for months and found no one. What now?

The right candidates are usually not applying. We approach them directly and present a shortlist of pre-screened candidates within 5 days of starting.

Should we hire a recruiter or keep trying in-house?

In-house works when you have a recruiter who knows sales and time to reach people who aren’t looking. Otherwise a specialist is usually faster and cheaper than a long vacancy.

What does it cost?

Most agencies charge a percentage of the hire’s first-year pay. We charge the industry-standard rate, only when we make a placement, with no deposit. How sales recruiting fees work.

It was our first time working with a recruitment agency and we were hesitant, but Margherita and Domenic made the process clear and enjoyable. We are incredibly impressed with the results.
